The Foster/White Gallery is a retail art gallery situated in the historic Pioneer Square district of Seattle. We are located at 220 Third Ave South, Suite 100 Seattle, WA 98101. Our facility is available to rent for corporate events, weddings and private parties with over 7000 square feet of event space. Foster/White Gallery is not an event planner and we strongly recommend retaining a professional planner for your event.


C A P A C I T Y

250 people for events passed hors d’oeuvres or standing events
150 people for seated meals

Seated Reception, with buffet tables, bar, gift table, dance area, and DJ or band area
Capacity:
     10 Large Round Tables is comfortable
          (8 to a table is 80) (10 to a table is 100)
     13 Large Round Tables is ok
          (8 to a table is 104) (10 to a table is 130)
     15 Large Round Tables is tight.
          (8 to a table is 120) (10 to a table is 150)
Cocktail Reception, with a bar, gift table, dance area, and DJ or band; 225 is comfortable

Please Note: We will not accommodate a full bar; a selection of beer, wine, champagne and signature cocktails is appropriate.


R E N T A L F E E

     $3500 for the first 5 hours, additional hours billed at $500/hr.
     50% deposit due at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
     Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
     We require the client to procure outside insurance for damage to the venue, art and/or injury to guests.
