As one ventures deeper into the work, the scenery transitions from familiar forms to unexpected, fantastical terrains, reflecting the capricious nature of human experience. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThese paintings are a response to my everyday surroundings, they are remembered personal landscapes. I recall walks down the gravel road to my cinder block studio which is nestled under a canopy of trees. In my view through the studio skylights I follow shifting light, passing clouds and falling leaves. This collection of paintings spans a full spectrum, from deeply colored moodscapes to light and airy skies. Land masses transition to flowing passages and open up to distant views.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe paintings oscillate between serene beauty and chaotic vitality, illustrating how our perception of environment can transform based on our own emotional state.
