Julie Himel's December Exhibition Artist Talk
Awe Struck is a collection of seven new works, showcasing Julie Himel's vivid use of paint to push the genre of landscape into striking, dreamlike representations of place, often with an element of nature's unruliness, decay, or sublime disorder. In tandem with the exhibition, Himel gave an artist talk in gallery and walked the viewers through each new painting. The collection of works are on view until Saturday, December 20.
